Unlike other Guardian pharmacy branches, the staff at this pharmacy are helpful and knowledgeable. When I went in last Saturday to enquire on Disposable Masks (for H1N1 flu), they informed me that their single-ply masks were available, but their 3-ply masks would only come in on Thursday. One of them extended me a file and asked that I provide my name, contact number and indicate the number of packets required. This was very from the Guardian at Raffles City; where the pharmacist gave me a blank look in response to my query. She also did not venture to give me any other information such as when they would expect the next delivery etc. Service attitude is so important, but I suppose pharmacists don’t see themselves as needing to have a service attitude.
