(... continued)I had hope again and thought it would be my turn very soon. Another half hour passed, nobody came to cut my hair. I had to ask twice when my hair could be cut. Some assistant said that I would be the next one soon. At the meantime, I found people who came after me had hair cut already. And they did not have online voucher as I had. So I guessed there must be some priority going on. I was very angry and two hours had passed by. I asked the assistant again, the answer was still soon. If I did not pay, I would already walk out.
Finally the stylist came to me after I sat in my chair for 2.5 hours. Conversation between us was brief. Before I could describe what style I wanted, my hair was already cut short. And 15 mins later, she is done with me! And one minute later I was out of door without anybody’s apologies for my 2.5 hour time waste!

I bought a deal online because I was impressed by how they described themselves as professional, award-winning London-trained hair stylist with cosy, chic friendly environment to relax in and more...
I was very excited to go to my haircut appointment (they only work on appointment base, no walk in) and looked forward to the result from this “famous” London-trained hair stylist.
I arrived on time but first unpleasant surprise was my time slot was taken by others! By their advice I need to wait for 15 minutes and better take a walk in the mall. Even though I was not happy but I did so. Meanwhile they also sent another customer after me to go for a walk.
After 15 minutes I was back, but they said the stylists were still busy and I need to wait, but I could be seated inside! At that moment, I had a bad feeling about it. Since I paid already, I had no other choice but waiting. Half an hour later, my hair was washed.( to be continued...)
