Hansel opens at Mandarin Gallery
Hansel has joined the ranks of other top-notch retailers at Mandarin Gallery. The new store space is tucked into a cozy corner of the mall and features hand-drawn wall decorations and props by designer Jo Soh herself. Other than the label’s signature quirky chic and girlie womanswear, you can also expect to find a well-curated mix of local accessories brands, including By Invite Only (http://byinviteonly.info/), whose handmade trinkets are inspired by 18th century circuses and the Victorian era. Pop into the store today and go home with something pretty and nice! Prices for tops range from $110-$160 while dresses retail for $200-$270.

You will find the new Hansel store at Mandarin Gallery, #02-14.
Dysfunction by Depression
Depression is a young Singapore unisex label, which leans towards the avant-garde. For its latest 2011 collection, the label is offering a ‘dysfunctional’ mix of garments that does not quite fit into the mainstream. Despite this disclaimer, the resulting pieces are surprisingly wearable. Although it will take a bold individual to carry off the loud graphic prints of monochromatic dots and stripes, the interesting shapes and clever details are just what you need to stand out from the faceless crowd.
Depression is located at Millenia Walk Parco #P2-21.
